Do I need to have a PIN number to use the PayZe card?
Yes. You will find the PIN number under the scratch panel on the back of the card. Download the PayZe Wallet to manage your PayZe cards, including changing the PIN. .
Can I use my PayZe card online?
Yes, wherever UnionPay is displayed as a payment method, select UnionPay, then input Card Number, Expiry Date and CVV following the instructions of the web store checkout.
Where can I use my PayZe card?
Our cards can be used at selected merchants online or at any store in New Zealand or overseas where UnionPay cards are accepted.
Can the PayZe card be used at an ATM to withdraw cash?
No. At this stage, PayZe Gift Cards may not be used at an ATM. This function will be avaialble for PayZe Reload Cards in the near future. We will update when this is available.
How do I check my PayZe card balance?
Download the PayZe Wallet to have full control of your PayZe Cards. Alternatively, you may view online at balance.payze.nz
